Claims and Returns: Do not refuse shipment or return items without first contacting us for authorization. A 50% handling charge will apply to any unauthorized return. All claims of damage or shortage must be reported within 10 days of your receipt of the shipment. Goods damaged during transit are the responsibility of the carrier, but we'll be happy to assist you in filing a claim. Please retain the original packing materials as these may be required for inspection by the carrier's claims agent. Our products are not returnable except for reasons of shipping error or defect in stock or workmanship, and then, only upon authorization from our home office. Any authorized return for reasons other than defect or our error will be credited less transportation charges and a 15% restocking fee.
Terms of Sale: All orders are subject to approval by our main office, and processed orders are not cancelable by the buyer. We will, however, do our best to accommodate additions if they are received before the order is packed for shipment. Delivery (shipping) arrangements are contingent upon Acts of God, accidents, delays of transportation facilities, and other delays which are unavoidable or beyond our control.
Terms: All orders must be prepaid with cashier's check, money order, or credit card. We accept Visa, MC, Discover and AMEX. Our products become your property upon delivery to the transporting carrier.
Pricing Terms: The prices shown on this website supersede those published in any previous price list. We attempt to maintain published prices, however, due to market conditions, our prices may change without notice.
At Once Orders: Normally At Once orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Stock is usually on hand of all products shown in our online catalog for immediate shipment. If stock is not available, we usually cancel the item and ask customer to reorder.
Standard Packs: Standard item quantities are indicated for each product in our online catalog. All mylar balloons 20 inches and smaller are sold in mulitples of 5.
EXPRESS SHIPPING NOTES:
We will do our best to ship express orders the same business day the order is placed, but the order may not ship until the next business day. Your order must be placed by 11:00am Pacific Time to be eligible for same day shipping. If placed after that time, it will ship the next business day.
Here's the shipping times for the various express methods:
3 Day Express- Arrives 3 business days after the day it ships out. Example: Ships on Monday, arrives on Thursday. Ships on Friday, arrives on Wednesday and so forth.
2nd Day Air- Arrives 2 business days after the day it ships out. Example: Ships on Monday, arrives on Wednesday. Ships on Friday, arrives on Tuesday and so forth.
Next Day Air Saver- Arrives by 3:00pm on the next business day after the day it ships out. Example: Ships on Monday, arrives on Tuesday. Ships on Friday, arrives on Monday and so forth. If you need delivery by 10:00 am, choose Next Day Air.
Shortages: Shortages must be reported in writing within 3 business days from the date of delivery.
Phone Orders/Hours of Operation: Our home office is open for business and new phone/fax orders Monday - Friday, 6:30am to 4:30pm PST. If our office is closed, you can leave a recorded message for immediate handling on the next working day. Please leave your company name, your name, phone number and reason for call on all messages. Fax orders/inquiries can be sent to 951-445-4363 at any time.
